The Rocky Balboa statue is oppressive and needs to be removed

By Lamont Mann

We are living in dark times, my friends.

As of late, our beautiful America has seen some of its darkest days in the midst of the raging storm that is the Charlottesville, Virginia administration.

For those of you who have been living under a rock, a riot broke out in Charlottesville between two extremist groups, leading to an individual losing their life. And all of this violence was sparked by… the removal of a General Robert E. Lee statue.

Needless to say, I was extremely appalled by this – but that got me thinking about other racist monuments in this country that need to be removed.

The statue of Rocky Balboa should be removed because it’s a a symbol of HATE.

Rocky is Italian.  Come on fam, we all know how Italians view African Americans. Have you not seen A Bronx Tale, Jungle Fever or Do the Right Thing? They hate black dudes.  But lets forget about Rocky’s heritage, and look to his fights.

Rocky has mercilessly beat up two black men, Apollo Creed and Clubber Lane.  I mean, are we supposed to ignore the fact that Rocky Balboa is essentially midget and yet still somehow beat two huge black guys? WOKE!

Here it is folks, an Italian-American dwarf beating a black man senseless:

Racism B!

Hollywood couldn’t stop at Rocky simply beating a black man, oh no. Rocky also beat a Russian Communist.  Yep, you heard right. These sorry S.O.B.’s in Hollywood actually had the unmitigated gall to display an American beating a Russian in the midst of the Cold War:

Before any of you start to get upset….

Honestly, my Rocky tirade is actually more realistic to me than what is presently happening in our country: two white subversive groups (KKK and ANTIFA) killing each other, and all of America fake caring about the outcome. We all know that both groups are pieces of shit. Black beople and guilty white people getting super jacked over the removal of a historical artifact? You. Are. Stupid.

Moral of the story – racism is not going to stop because of some symbolic gesture like keeping a statue around. But that being said, I guess Rocky can stay.
